Quotes are provided on the basis of the journey details you supply and are subject to confirmation. Bookings are confirmed once we have acknowledged them directly. Prices may vary if journey details change, such as pickup time, route, waiting time or additional stops. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. We aim to reconfirm important journey details ahead of travel.
Travel and Our Service
We take care to plan realistic timings and, where relevant, monitor return flights, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as traffic, weather or road closures. Where our own vehicles are unavailable, we may arrange your journey through our trusted network of licensed and insured executive owner-drivers. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
